  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor as outlined in maintenance policies and procedures.

    • Perform general maintenance tasks on air handling, laundry, HVAC, commercial/domestic kitchen, and appliance equipment, E.G. change air filters, adjust drive belts, lube grease fittings and related drive mechanisms, reset breakers, change fuses, and change light bulbs.

    • Install and replace various appliances including, but not limited to, refrigerators, garbage disposals, washers, and dryers.

    • Perform minor repairs, alterations, or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.

    • Complete minor electrical repairs, hardware repairs, and carpentry.

    • Respond to all maintenance emergencies within the facilities and grounds.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or related field.
    • Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and maintenance tools.
    • High school diploma or GED equivalency, required.
    • Valid Drivers License, required.
