    We are searching for the best talent for Maintenance Technician II to be in Raynham, MA.

    The candidate will performs installation, maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment. He or she will ensures appropriate records are maintained.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintains manufacturing equipment which may include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
    • Performs installation, setups, and changeovers of machinery.
    • Tests and adjusts as needed.
    • Repairs malfunctioning equipment.
    • Identifies and implements process improvements.
    • Updates required documentation including maintenance and repair logs.
    • Assists with trouble report preparation for malfunctioning equipment.
    • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
    • Applies safety procedures to all work.
    • Orders parts and supplies in accordance with department procedures.
    • The following must be included for all positions:
      • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
      • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
      • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
      • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • A vocational, technical, or associate’s degree.
    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
    • related equipment maintenance experience and/or training.
    • Able to work in an ISO Class 8 Clean Room environment requiring gowning.
    • Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer) required.
    • Able to supply own hand tools/rollaway toolbox (i.e., screw drivers, socket wrenches, etc.).
    • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to support cross functional teams including Quality, Operations & Engineering.
    • The ability to lift heavy loads. Stand and/or walk more than 90% of the time and perform twisting and turning activities and in a manufacturing/machine shop environment is required.
    • Must be able to be On Call for a week every other month as required to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.

    Preferred:

    • Training in machining operations and/or electrical/electronic preferred.
    • Clean room experience is a plus.
    • The ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings, electrical and pneumatic schematics preferred.
    • Experience with automation including highly complex mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, PLC, and motion controllers preferred.

    Additional Information:

    • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $53,295.00 to $72,105.00.
    • The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
    • This position is overtime eligible. (include if applicable for role)
    • This position is eligible for a shift differential. (include if applicable for role)

      • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
      • Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
      • Condolence Leave – 30 days for an immediate family member: 5 days for an extended family member
      • Caregiver Leave – 10 days
      • Volunteer Leave – 4 days
      • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours
