    The Manager, Consumer Media for ACUVUE® Contact Lenses will lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement for ACUVUE® contact lenses in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Customer & Channel Marketing, Media Agency partners, analytics and legal for the U.S. Marketing Organization.

    This role will be responsible for shaping and executing our consumer-focused marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, converting contact lens considerers and implementing effective consumer engagement strategies to strengthen brand equity and drive business growth. This role reports directly into the Sr. Manager, Consumer Media within the U.S. Marketing department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive consumer marketing strategies for ACUVUE® contact lenses to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
    • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of ACUVUE® media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics and consumer insights.
    • Develop social media strategies, programs, and content for the ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses Portfolio on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, You Tube, Google+, Pinterest, Snapchat, tumblr and Instagram
    • Lead the execution of demand generation through organic and paid channels ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging
    • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with media vendors and agencies, negotiating contracts and pricing. Evaluate and select appropriate media channels based on target audience alignment.
    • Collaborate with the insights and analytics teams to conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and insights that will inform marketing strategies.
    • Partner with Brand Marketing, Customer & Channel Marketing, Media Agency partners, corporate Media Excellence Team in launch and execution of paid media campaigns
    • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience is required.
    • Experience in media management, website design, social, search, CRM is preferred.
    • Experience in Consumer Health & Wellness industry is preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with media performance analytics tools is preferred.
    • Ability to forge internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise is required.
    • Strong influencing skills with internal and external partners is required.
    • This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida and requires up to 20% domestic travel.
