We are searching for the best talent for Manager, Health Economics and Market Access – Orthopedics (VELYS), to be located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; West Chester, PA; Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; Raritan, NJ or Cincinnati, OH.
Purpose: The Manager, Health Economics & Market Access – Orthopedics, will support the VELYS Enabling Tech Solutions and will work in close collaboration with the US & global business partners to ensure market access and a competitive advantage of the products in the joint reconstruction domain. The Manager will lead the development of global evidence generation and market access requirements for the product pipeline and the execution of evidence generation and market access strategy post product launch. The manager’s responsibilities require a good understanding of healthcare policy and the needs of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, and the knowledge of health economics concepts and research methods to support the commercial success of the business.
This position reports to the Director, Health Economics & Market Access and will work in close collaboration with multiple internal partners and stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing, R&D, Clinical and Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences related field.
A minimum of an advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in health economics, outcomes research or healthcare-related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medical device, pharma or HEOR consulting.
The ability to work from strategy development through to execution and value creation in a dynamic global organization.
Experience in health services research, health economics, outcomes research, market access, health policy and/or reimbursement
Experience in developing global market access assessments and evidence generation strategies
A collaborative attitude and ability to engage with multi-functional teams to provide input and influence decisions.
Effectively work in a matrix environment and demonstrate influence capabilities. Experience working in decentralized and cross-functional business models.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Good analytical skills. Knowledge of data collection and review practices.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; detailed, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
20% travel is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$115,000 - $197,800
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
