Manager Hospital Educator
Job Description
Under leadership direction, this position is responsible for directing, managing and coordinating the UM Charles Regional Education and Training Department. Oversees the planning, designing, conducting, and evaluating of a variety of team member education programs as provided by self/team or in collaboration with physicians, administrators, department managers and other healthcare team members. Assists with performance improvement initiatives and leadership and development as well as partnering on community education programs.
