Job Description

Under leadership direction, this position is responsible for directing, managing and coordinating the UM Charles Regional Education and Training Department. Oversees the planning, designing, conducting, and evaluating of a variety of team member education programs as provided by self/team or in collaboration with physicians, administrators, department managers and other healthcare team members. Assists with performance improvement initiatives and leadership and development as well as partnering on community education programs.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field; 5-7 years of proven experience in education management, instructional design, and training delivery, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
