    Purpose:

    This position is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics that shape decisions and drive organizational action. This position will support Patient Experience (Px) leaders, and Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS) marketing business partners: delivering business building recommendations, shaping decision-making, and advising product strategy. The position plays a key role in guiding the PECS team in helping patients start and stay on therapy.

    The manager must have a consistent track record to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage sensible risk-taking. They will have the tenacity and fortitude to pursue novel solutions and analytics that address the needs of patients. They will be personally accountable for making Johnson & Johnson Credo-based decisions and encouraging a Credo-based culture.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a leader in integrating data and analytics (national, subnational) to deliver a cohesive view of the business.
    • Integrate various patient data sources, developing a well-rounded understanding of patient challenges and sharing insights with Immunology business partners to help patients start and stay on therapy.
    • Identify, develop, and automate key performance metrics to measure and monitor performance.
    • Execute KPI plan, measure and report ongoing performance, identify critical themes for discussion.
    • Evaluate business performance and identify actionable recommendations to improve future performance outcomes.
    • Identify, design, and execute integrated analytics informing PECS strategy and tactical execution.
    • Leverage disparate data sources to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities.
    • Develop insights that lead to actionable recommendations which influence business partner decision making.
    • Drive focus and innovation through objective analyses and the integration of insights enabling organizational decision making and action.
    • Drive a culture of simplicity within the analytics function to ensure business processes are streamlined and partners are provided on-demand, actionable insights.
    • Find opportunities to embed PECS insights with partner capabilities (Brand Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Access Insights, etc.) to drive impact for brand and organizational efficiency.
    • Demonstrate leadership courage to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/high value projects.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    Education:

    • BA/BS Required; Advanced Degree Desirable

    Experience and Skills

    Required:

    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
    • Demonstrated success partnering across the commercial organization to translate analytics and insights into actionable recommendations
    • Experience shaping and influencing organizational decision-making
    • Strength in storytelling, data visualization, and developing effective presentations
    • Knowledge across a broad spectrum of analytic approaches and ability to identify appropriate approach to address key business questions
    • Strong learning agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues
    • Deep proficiency with the following applications (SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Tableau)
    • Experience working with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g. lab data, patient level claims data, IQVIA DDD & Xponent)

    Preferred:

    • Experience with patient support program or specialty pharmacy data
    • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (model selection and hypothesis testing, statistical inference, promotional response modeling etc.) and experience with real-world applications
    • Knowledge of machine learning techniques (e.g. supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) and their real-world advantages and drawbacks

    Other:

    • This position will be located in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ and will require up to 10% domestic travel

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

    Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
