    We are searching for the best talent for a Manager Professional Education, Spine to be located in Raynham, MA.

    The Manager, Professional Education - Spine is responsible to execute regional, and national programs aligned with the spine strategy within North America. These programs will be inclusive of Customer Education Visits, Preceptorships, Hands-on Labs, and Courses. This individual will collaborate and align with Marketing, and Sales on key procedure, portfolio and solution strategies including budgets, facility and faculty needs. In addition, he/she will help to support key spine society meetings. This individual will be responsible for consistency in delivery and high-quality education experience for learners, and will ensure compliance to all legal, regulatory and HCC policies to include Advamed, Pharma, ACCME and other global legal and regulatory bodies.

    In this exciting role, you will:

    • Lead, shape, and deliver national and regional programs, executing 40-50 events domestically per year
    • Develop and deliver a strategy for Spine Future Leaders (Residents & Fellows)
    • Cultivate strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including faculty, HCP customers, regional Area Vice President, distributors, sales consultants, clinical education specialists, facilities personnel, and third-party vendors.
    • Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area. Promote safety to all associates that enter work area. Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards per year.
    • Acquire and translate customer insights to the broader organization as it relates to unmet needs and future educational and product offerings.
    • Maintain Spine clinical and disease state knowledge to create effective and accurate learning solutions for Professional Education. Understand the applicability of competing products to the treatment of diseases and medical conditions.
    • Understand and utilize existing and new technology to effectively reach multiple stakeholders to engage and reinforce key learning concepts throughout the Education Continuum; optimize the technology application for the most effective and efficient approach.
    • Actively use and support efficiency, spend optimization and other productivity initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
    • A minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Device Education, Sales, and/or Marketing or equivalent surgeon customer facing experience is preferred
    • Spine procedural knowledge and experience is preferred
    • Strong influence management and communication skills are required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
    • Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external networks is required
    • Experience and ability to learn variety of proprietary registration, quality, and efficiency related tools
    • This position will be based in Raynham, MA and will require up to 40% domestic travel, primarily on weekends.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $197,800.

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

    Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

    This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

    Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

    • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
    • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
