    We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Real World Value & Evidence (RWV&E), Immunology - Psoriatic Disease. This position will be based in Horsham, PA.

    Purpose: The Manager Real World Value & Evidence of Immunology - Psoriatic Disease position is primarily responsible for supporting evidence generation and dissemination plans for our Immunology areas of focus.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Lead research studies and other related projects, as aligned with the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP) and other business needs. Ensure quality of design, execution, and publication of real-world evidence studies as well as quality of models & tools developed for business partners
    • In collaboration with the RWVE therapeutic area leads and Integrated Evidence Teams, develop and refine key research questions, and prioritize research requirements
    • Represent RWVE on assigned cross-functional franchise teams, with internal partners such as RWVE colleagues, Real World Analytics and Alliances, Integrated Evidence Teams, Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Medical Affairs, Global Market Access, Epidemiology, Government Affairs and Policy, and other J&J Operating Companies, as needed

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Master's degree required. A Doctorate or equivalent experience preferred (e.g. Public Health, PharmD, MD, Economics, Epidemiology, Health Policy)

    • A minimum of 3-5 or more years relevant experience

    • Outcomes-based strategies and tactics to meet both commercial and scientific objectives for a given product

    • Conducting outcomes research studies applying health economics, patient-reported outcomes, retrospective and prospective data analyses, epidemiology or health services research

    • Solid project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
      Experience in the use of common research data sources, crafting studies, and interpreting data

    • Excellent skills in collaboration and communication (both written and presentation)

    • Demonstrates innovative / creative approaches to identify and assess new research methodologies and opportunities to develop outcomes research projects.

    • Behaves with honesty and integrity and in the spirit of the Credo

    • This position is based in Horsham, PA on a hybrid in-office schedule and will require up to 20% travel

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

    $117,000 - $197,800

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
