    We are searching for the best talent for Manager, Solid Tumor Onboarding to be in Horsham, PA. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

    This role will be primarily responsible for developing, leading and delivering the on-boarding curriculum to both in-house and field-based new joiners within the Solid Tumor Medical Affairs Department. The Manager, Solid Tumor Onboarding, is a key role on the Solid Tumor Medical Excellence Team specifically focused on ensuring that new hires get relevant training and support to have a great experience and start in their new roles. They will drive development and delivery of both clinical and specific systems & tools training. The Manager will work collaboratively with the Solid Tumor Medical Affairs leadership team and individual therapeutic, function, and field leadership teams to identify opportunities to develop, leverage and align onboarding training materials. They will be a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical skills.

    The Manager, Solid Tumor Onboarding, will report to the Solid Tumor Medical Excellence Leader. The primary responsibilities include:

    • A week-one on-boarding program for all new hires including:
      • An introduction to J&J and Medical Affairs
      • Training in systems, operations and compliance policies
      • Development and execution of Cohort meetings for new hires as an introduction to the Medical Affairs organization and key stakeholders
    • A comprehensive on-boarding program for all field new hires including:
      • General 1 week onboarding outlined above
      • Clinical training to educate new hires and to get them ready to conduct scientific exchanges with Healthcare Providers and Opinion Leaders, to support the clinical research program, and to provide internal scientific support.
      • Territory planning
      • Alignment with partners
      • Top account review/alignment
      • Pre-visit planning
      • Navigation of your environment (Community, Hospital, Academic center)
      • Along with the Mentor and Field Director, transition the new MSLs to the field program through coordination of field rides, and other programs to support the transition program including conducting and supporting Field Readiness Evaluation
    • Lead the development and execution of core soft skills (e.g. presentations skills, conflict resolution etc.) development training program for new hires
    • In collaboration with the Learning and Development Team, audit and update training curricula to align with USMA strategic plans
    • Lead the development and updating of the New Hire Coaching guide for Mentors & Field Directors
    • In collaboration with MSL Leadership, co-Develop/co-lead the MSL Accelerator Program

    The Manager, Solid Onboarding will also:

    • Identify novel learning approaches, delivery techniques, and repositories for training resources.
    • Optimize resources to maximize productivity by collaborating with USMA oncology organization, including field-based medical staff, to identify new technologies to enhance effectiveness and partner with IT to implement innovative technologies with broad, company-wide impact

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
    • An advanced degree is preferred
    • Medical Affairs Experience is preferred
    • Training experience is preferred
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments are required
    • Candidates must be detail oriented, organized, self-starting with a demonstrated track record of achievements
    • This position will be in Horsham, PA and will require up to 25% domestic travel

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $100,000 - $172,500
