Join the onboarding and engagement team as an integral part of the work we do to support new members, help them better understand their benefits and engage with United Healthcare tools and resources.
Primary Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Operations, Marketing or another related field from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week M-F) during summer 2017
Ability to work daily (M-F) on a part-time basis (at least 20 hours/week) during fall 2017. Full-time (40 hours/week M-F) preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered
