This team creates important touchpoints and executes robust marketing campaigns to help new members understand their health plan, know what's covered and avoid cost surprises.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project manage the development of print collateral, from creative conception to print production
• Write articles promoting Onboarding tools for internal and external newsletters
• Document metrics for campaign touchpoints
• Coordinate communications between teams involved in projects
• Obtain reviews/approvals for materials
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate as part of an internal team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship
• Internships are not intended for graduating seniors
• Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week M-F) during summer and on a part-time basis (at least 20 hours/week) during the fall at our Minnetonka office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office Suite products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related major from an accredited college/university
• Junior Class Level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
