    REMOTE HEALTHCARE RECRUITER (TEMPORARY - FULL TIME)

    ABOUT THIS ROLE:

    TYPE: Full Time/Temporary

    COMPENSATION: $70,720 - $85,280/yr.

    LOCATION: Primary location is 9201 E. Mountain View, Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.   THIS POSITION IS REMOTE.

    HOURS: Days, Monday-Friday

    BENEFITS OFFERED TO INCLUDE: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company matching, and eligible for tuition discount to name a few. Benefits while in temporary status do not inlude PTO and paid holidays. 

    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    The Healthcare Recruiter will oversee the day-to-day recruitment operations of positions for all Matrix Medical Network locations. The incumbent will provide customer focused service and will serve as a lead subject matter expert to leadership, providing best practice methodology, process improvement and support.

    In addition, the Healthcare Recruiter will ensure consistency and compliance with Matrix Medical Network employment policies and programs as well as support initiatives of Human Resources. 

    • The Recruiter sources potential candidates through various sourcing channels, but not limited to online sources only.  Positions are clinical and based throughout the entire country.  
    • The Recruiter partners with team leadership along with Matrix's Clinical and Productions teams to to proactively develop strategies and forecast.

    Location:  Work from home 

    MUST HAVES:

    • At least 2 years experience in clinical recruitment preferred.
    • Healthcare background and/or Nurse Recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
    • Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP requirements and applicable employment laws.
    • Strong proficiency in computer based programs such as MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, online resume mining/sourcing, internet job boards and interactive media tools.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Demonstrated success in change and project management.
    • Analytical and organization skills.
