SR. PEOPLE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST-REMOTE

• MATRIX CLINICAL CARE helps seniors and other at-risk individuals enjoy a better quality of care, experience better health outcomes, and identify chronic conditions that may otherwise go undiagnosed.
• MATRIX CLINICAL TRIALS provides rapid and scalable decentralized trial solutions to reach broad and diverse trial participant populations and improve the patient experience. Matrix adheres to the highest standards in quality, compliance, and data collection to accelerate trial completion timelines and support trial partners.
• MATRIX CLINICAL LABS is a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratory that provides state-of-the-art diagnostic services and clinical testing support.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

TYPE: Full Time 

COMPENSATION: Base + year's of experience

LOCATION: Primary location is 9201 E. Mountain View, Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Position is remote.

The Sr. People Operations Specialist will provide administrative support to Human Resources department by maintaining and updating the HR systems and processes in order to ensure data integrity and supports Matrix staff for their HR administrative needs for their employment lifecycle with Matrix.

• Reviews and processes all submitted demographic and position data for employees / contractors using established approved guidelines and procedures
• Organizes tracks and monitors accurate and timely receipt, submission, and file maintenance of employee personnel files, changes, reviews, terminations, etc.
• Monitors compliance for all submissions in relation to company guidelines and standards
• Produces and distributes standard and ad hoc reports using appropriate reporting tools
• Supports and monitors compliance for DOT drivers and all fleet drivers for Matrix
• Conducts audits and maintains integrity of data systems and document files
• Helps with ongoing training and support of new and existing users on the HR system
• Establishes and maintains up to date process and procedure documentation and recommends process improvements
• Interfaces with various internal departments such as HR Business Partners, Payroll, Recruitment, Credentialing as well as third party vendors
• Participates in planning and testing of HR system conversions and updates
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Assists as back up for the Onboarding group
• Manages compliance with I9 recertification
• Other duties as assigned

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelors degree in Business or Human Resources
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience as a Human Resources specialist in a high volume environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state HR regulations
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of HR processes, data and systems; UltiPro experience a plus
• Ability to drive processes forward in clear, concise and appropriate manner
• Ideal candidate must have strong critical thinking ability, organizational, time management, and problem solving Must take ownership and accountability of processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task in a high volume environment while adhering to strict deadlines
• Is action oriented and sees challenges as opportunities for growth and positive development of self, others and processes
• Demonstrated ability and commitment to excellent customer service and to developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external clients
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.

Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities
