Clinical Intern at Meadows Behavioral Healthcare Date Posted: 7/30/2018 Job Description Meadows Behavioral Healthcare is accepting applications for it's 2019 Clinical Internship Program. Clinical Interns will participate in learning how to conduct individual and group therapy, including, family therapy. They will attends lectures, meetings and training on clinical processes. Primary Responsibilities of the Clinical Intern (include but are not limited to): Observe individual and group therapy. Observe co-facilitation of Family therapy sessions. Observe lectures on primary and family schedules. Observe the multi-disciplinary treatment team. Observe aftercare staff in planning for discharge and post discharge activities. Observe documentation including treatment planning, progress notes and discharge summary that comply with the policies and procedures of the facility. Participates in training and meetings as assigned. Observe intake process. Job Requirements Must be in process of obtaining a Masters Degree in a Behavioral Health or related field that leads to a career in Counseling, Social Work or Human Services. This is a full-time paid position in Wickenburg, AZ. To be eligible for this position, you must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00a to 5:00p. We are a Drug Free Company.
