POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile data for regulatory submissions, including clinical trial data, nonclinical studies, and manufacturing information.
• Participate in medical office interactions, including preparation for meetings, drafting meeting requests, and tracking communications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in clinical practice, life sciences, public health, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous marketing experience or relevant coursework is a plus.
