This is a vital role in our Commercial Operations department whose success relies upon your finely tuned skills and background. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks: Responsibilities Serve as liaison between the IT project teams and Commercial Operations team to ensure maximum efficiency in their development of sponsor proposals using bid pricing application; Utilize skills in development areas including data warehousing, business intelligence, and databases (SQL Server, T-SQL); Participate in software validation process through development, review and/or execution of test plan/cases/scripts; Work with users to enhance, modify and generate new reports from the bid pricing application; Provide end-user support including setup, installation, and maintenance for application versions released. Qualifications Bachelor degree in management information systems, computer science or related field. Master of information preferred; 2-5 years of experience liaising between business professionals and IT professionals in support of business improvement; Knowledge of SQL and SQL server required; Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills; and Excellent broad-based understanding of business information infrastructure, data flow, and especially the Microsoft ® suite Why Medpace?
