    GENERAL DESCRIPTION

    TVG-Medulla is a high-growth healthcare organization that manages Chiro One Wellness Centers and MyoCore Personalized Pain Care. We currently operate 70+ clinics across the country and are rapidly expanding. We are looking for a Nurture Marketing Manager to drive increased conversions of leads via call, SMS and email campaigns, in existing Midwestern clinic locations as well as new and acquired locations across the U.S. as we expand. Medulla's Nurture Marketing Manager must have a solid understanding of the patient journey, patient acquisition funnel and nurture strategies and tactics as this channel is an essential component of our revenue mix. This position is highly collaborative with the content, digital and inside sales teams and is responsible for the planning, development, execution, optimization and reporting of all nurture marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Patient Marketing, this role is metrics driven, based on conversion improvement at the various levels of the patient acquisition funnel.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Utilize knowledge of each level of the patient marketing funnel including lead sources (paid search, Facebook, field screening events, etc.) and Salesforce CRM funnel stages (lead, contact, opportunity, appointment made and kept, etc.) to implement, track and improve nurture activities to increase conversion rates throughout the funnel.
    • Own the monthly nurture budget/goals and work to effectively meet or exceed targets.
    • Define optimal patient journeys for multiple patient segments that include a combination of touchpoints, marketing channels (email, SMS and calls), content and timing across funnel steps. Create journey and touchpoint maps.
    • Work with the inside sales team to execute call and text campaigns. This includes pulling lists from various sources and uploading them into Salesforce with task assignments as well as training and scripting.
    • Manage the creation of nurture content including emails, texts and landing pages. Work closely with the Content team to create nurture campaigns that align with overarching bimonthly marketing campaigns to incorporate infographic, blogs, newsletter articles and video into nurture campaigns. Provide audiences with relevant and engaging healthcare content.
    • Define, execute and track A/B tests to determine how to best drive high-conversion campaigns.
    • Act as nurture software key Subject Matter Expert (SME), utilizing the system to create automated nurture journeys, load content, report results and optimize campaigns.
    • Create and update daily, weekly and monthly reports to analyze and improve nurture Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Continuously seek out new digital tools to incorporate into the nurture journey to improve the overall patient experience and drive results.
    • Participate in daily, weekly and monthly marketing meetings to provide updated numbers on nurture performance and learnings to inform future nurture, content and inside sales initiatives.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree; marketing or business preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience running successful performance-driven email campaigns and nurture programs.
    • Proven results in running effective nurture campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and the ability to provide relevant content at each level of the funnel and stage in the sales cycle
    • Experience running nurture/email tests and analytics to optimize nurture campaigns.
    • Experience with technology tools including a CRM and automated nurture and/or email platforms. Salesforce and Active Campaign preferred.
    • Communication, organizing, and analytical skills are essential to success.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
    • Ability to work in a highly-collaborative environment.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) experience such as Talkdesk for reporting
    • Prior experience in a high-growth environment
