    The Staffing Office Manager is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides planning, direction, and management of nursing staff resources to ensure that all shifts are staffed adequately. The Staffing Office Manager is responsible for meeting regulatory standards, complying with corporate policy and procedures, promoting internal and external customer satisfaction, and for appropriate financial management. 

    Required Skills

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

     

    1. Graduation from an accredited nursing program
    2. Current state of Missouri license as a registered nurse
    3. One year previous nursing experience
    4. Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced and high stressed environment
    5. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
    6. Experience working collaboratively with all levels of management

     

    Preferred

    Experience in a variety of clinical areas

    Working knowledge of computer application to include database, spreadsheet, payroll and time and attendance
