    Viewed as the primary point of contact for coordination of all activities related to the administrative operations of the department, which includes responding to request for services and assistance with staff, patients and visitors. Collects and maintains data, spreadsheets, logs, creates reports for data analysis. Provides administrative support to staff at the direction of the Department Director and/or Clinical Team Manager.

    Required Skills

    Minimum Requirements

    1. High school diploma or equivalent in GED.
    2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    3. Able to speak and read the English language fluently.
    4. Proficient in use of computer hardware and software including Microsoft Word and Excel.

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Prior experience as unit clerk or medical support role.
    2. Knowledge of medical terminology or course work in medical terminology
