    The Housing Stabilization Specialist assists with care coordination, landlord relationships, and the overall stabilization of clients’ housing.  The Housing Stabilization Specialist engages clients who are referred by internal or external sources, and works in concert with other treatment providers in developing treatment and a housing stabilization plan.

    Required Skills

    1. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
    2. Must have good verbal and written communication skill
    3. Good leadership skills
    4. Ability to evaluate program outcomes
    5. Ability to work with multicultural staff and clientele

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Relevant experience working with homeless populations.
