Merakey is currently seeking a Full Time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our IDD division in our Enhanced Behavior Support Homes (EBSH) program in Stockton, CA. POSITION DETAILS The BCBA (Qualified Behavior Modification Professional (QBMP) completes assessments, develops strategies based on assessments, writes personalized Behavior Support Plans, and trains and mentors the support team. The BCBA (QBMP ) is responsible for efficient and appropriate development, facilitation, documentation and update of Behavior Support Plans, according to the person's Individual Support Plan. The BCBA/QBMP provides all required supervision to the Registered Behavior Technicians.
