Responsibilities and Qualifications This position is responsible for ensuring data integrity in Care Management's CCMS software application. CCMS is used by Care Management's Utilization Management, Disease Management, Care Management, Pharmacotherapy Management & Behavioral Health Management Services. This position is also responsible for the investigation of issues & errors generated during daily production jobs or during the implementation of new clients. Other responsibilities include maintaining troubleshooting guides, coordinating user acceptance testing and developing sql queries to assist with investigation & resolution of data integrity issues. Responsibilities: Generate Daily Error Reports, Investigate Errors, Communicate Errors & Monitor resolution of errors generated from both inbound & outbound transations. Generate and distribute reports used by Mercy Care Management Operations including but not limited to Pending Claims Reports & Eligibility ReconciliationReports. Activing participate in implementation projects to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to production support. Coordinate user acceptance testing & maintain an issues logs during implementation of new data exchanges, fixes or enhancements. Assist with manual clean-up efforts including data entry in CCMS with supervision, training and procedural instructions.
