Responsibilities and Qualifications Responsible for performance of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology including eletrophysiologic testing and selection and dispensing of appropriate amplification. Responsible for interpretation, documentation and billing of patient charges. Diagnostic evaluations are communicated in a timely manner to the patient and referring physician. Performs duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Thats why youll bring to your role the right set of qualifications: Education: Master's or doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited institution required. Any course work in the area should be concentrated in anatomy, physiology, physics and other science-related classes.Licensure: Valid State of Missouri license required.Certifications: Certification is required by American-Speech Language and Hearing Association.PreferredAt least one year experience preferred.Experience with videonystagmography is preferred.Well Support You at Work and Home Our foundations are built on dignity and respect.
