Smith, AR. This position is a ministry role that is responsible for elevating the effectiveness of co-worker scheduling and staffing within the ministry. This role will be responsible for providing varying levels of analytical data mining and analysis for senior leadership for the purpose of evaluating and modifying existing staffing scheduling performance. Assists with automation of standard metrics as defined and adopted for use by the ministryKey responsibilities include providing analytics support for the continuous improvement of labor utilization and staffing and scheduling outcomes.Assists ministry and operational leaders in development of effective resource strategies as they strive improve co-worker satisfaction and retention while providing our patients with the best possible care at the lowest cost.Assists with and occasionally may be called upon to lead the implementation of the Smart Square application in departments and units within the East region. May also assist with maintenance of system configuration for existing units.Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
