    COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for cyber positions in support of a USAF contract near some of the world's most beautiful beaches--and other locations as needed!

    In this exciting role, you will perform cyber-related tasks (testing, penetration testing, etc.) in in support of the most advanced aircraft and weapons in the world! You will work in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment, learn new technology areas, and "break things."

    Required Skills Required Experience

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must possess one of the following certifications: OSCP,OSCE, GCIH, GPEN, GWAP
    • Education and experience requirements are subject to contract/company requirements
    • US Citizenship required; must be able to obtain/maintain DoD clearance

  • Qualifications

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Involves significant travel (approximately 2-3 days per week, 3-4 weeks per month) to conduct research on-site at U.S. and Global facilities in addition to time spent in client meetings and report writing from a home office
    • Meets with clients, works to understand the business and interpret client needs by defining research objectives, and works with senior level staff to link appropriate research or products
    • Works collaboratively with internal business development team to meet client needs.
    • Summarizes project specifications and collaborates with our Project Directors on proposal/screener creation and logistical setup
    • Authors and reviews proposals with clients and modifies design as necessary
    • Develops discussion guides for research, utilizing techniques that help elicit relevant and meaningful insights for the client team; develops associated templates, listening guides and other material as stimulus for the research
    • Leads/Moderates group and interview sessions working with clients to incorporate feedback and learnings   
    • Analyzes/Synthesizes research findings and creates insightful and actionable recommendations into a final report/presentation and presents the findings back to the appropriate client teams
    • Contribute to building our company’s qualitative research practices and processes by participating in company initiatives to develop improved research techniques and methods and sharing learnings to build overall knowledge
