Our preferred candidate will must have at least 1 year of proven technical equipment repair experience, good computer skills, speak fluent English, and can handle both basic and precision tools and need to have a basic understanding of electro- mechanical functions and how machines operate. You will need to be able to carry about 25 pounds routinely and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. You will need to be able to accept shipments of merchandise at your house. This is a driving position which will require the candidate to have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. . We seek to hire a Full Time Field Service Representative for the Northern IL market area, centered in the Chicagoland Northwest Suburbs. Our kiosks are in major big box retailers You would be responsible to visit 40-50 machines once every 30-35 days for scheduled service that includes restocking, cleaning and performing preventative maintenance. Every visit would include time spent communicating with store personnel and customers. You must also have a flexible work schedule that you can control to be available for repair dispatches as necessary. As a Field Service Representative you would begin your career with Minute Key with an incentive based commission pay plan. The commission generated is approximately $48K to $50K per year (Commission based on revenue generated by the established kiosk base.) Hours required will be approximately 40-45 hours per week depending on the individual, this is a Full time position with benefits. This is not a sales position.
