BCBA/BCaBA/RBT Mosaic Pediatric Therapy - Charlotte, NC Full-time, Part-time Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is a team of passionate Behavior Therapist, and we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our team. Mosaic currently has openings for ABA therapists! Services at Mosaic include speech therapy, occupational therapy, and intensive 1-on-1 ABA therapy. Our ABA therapists help children to learn communication, social, play, and basic living skills. We offer all the training and supervision necessary to support you in your development as an ABA therapist. Therapy is carried out in our respected locations, in the child's home environment, day care, school as well as other locations in the community. Registered Behavior Therapist/Behavior Therapist work with children and teens that are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental disabilities, genetic disorders, and/or PDD-NOS disorders by applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Therapist use ABA to teach communication skills, social skills, independent and social play skills, and basic living skills. All therapist work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Please refer to the BACB website for other requirements of Registered Behavior Technicians (https://www.bacb.com/rbt/) Responsibilities: * Complete 40 hour training through Relias Learning as well as the training process provided by Mosaic Pediatric Therapy. * Become a RBT within the first 60 days of hire * Complete direct ABA Therapy to assigned caseload in designated locations which can include clinic location, in-home treatment, school, and/or community. * Follow treatment plan and therapy as outlined by the BCBA * Complete daily notes and documents as directed * Complete all behavioral data sheets * Create and design individualized teachable moments for each client * Professionally communicate with parents and other therapist * Maintain confidentiality of all clients and professional conduct at all times * Accurately and professionally communicate problems/concerns with parents and staff Educational/Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technicians with over one year of experience strongly encouraged to apply! * Exposure to individuals with Autism and/or other related disorders through past work experience or internship that can be verified through reference or documentation. * Masters preferred, however, minimum of a Bachelors Degree required in applied behavior analysis, psychology, child/family development, special education or related fields that can be verified by unofficial transcript and at least one year of experience working with children with Autism and/or related disorders * Reliable transportation, proof of valid drivers license, safe driving record. * Familiar or understanding of Behavior Intervention Plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, VB-MAPP, Discrete Trial Training, and Natural Environment Teaching.
