Accelerate your nursingcareer by joining our Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses(StaRN) program. Our 14 week Nurse Graduate Program is designed to helpyou prepare to succeed in an acute care hospital setting. The program iscomprised of a combination of didactic training, high definition simulation andclinical preceptorship. As an RN in our StaRNprogram, you receive the education and support necessary to develop thejudgment, skill and knowledge you'll need to become the highest caliber nurse. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by the best, most highlyeducated and trained nurses within our facilities. ** ** During the StaRNprogram, you will work with instructors to complete class assignments, skillstraining and exercises. Then, you will work with your preceptor during thepreceptorship that follows. At successful program completion, you will be avalued team member with specialty training, established relationships andfamiliarity with our values and culture. Program Schedule Part 1 Classroom Training (First 7-10 weeks:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with intermittent home study days)
