Our StaRN program offers new graduate registered nursesa unique opportunity to be given didactic and clinical training inMedical/Surgical and Critical Care units at Eastern Idaho Regional MedicalCenter. This program will allow new graduates to obtain specific experiencethrough an intensive 12-14 week paid internship program at EIRMC. As an RN in our StaRNprogram, you receive the education and support necessary to develop thejudgment, skill and knowledge you'll need to become the highest caliber nurse. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by the best, most highlyeducated and trained nurses within our facilities. During the StaRNprogram, you will work with instructors to complete class assignments, skillstraining, exercises and relevant testing. Then, you will work with yourpreceptor during the preceptorship that follows.
