Job Description
Manage and coordinate the resident move-in and move-out process with discretion and independent judgment.
Advise prospective residents on unit options, upgrades, and available services (e.g., cable, internet, phone).
Schedule move-in dates, closing meetings, and orientations in collaboration with residents and internal departments.
Ensure completion of residency agreements, collection of funds, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of resident transactions and move-in documentation.
Prepare and distribute move-in materials and coordinate with vendors.
Oversee and test installation of telephone, internet, and cable prior to move-in.
Support sales events and conduct tours as needed.
Monitor move progress, work orders, and structural changes to ensure timely completion.
Follow up with residents post-move to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Process settlement payments, promissory notes, and related administrative forms.
