This position must display effective use of mechanics and electricians as well as efficient use of external service provider. + Maintenance requests- reception of maintenance requests, evaluation of maintenance requests jointly with the senior maintenance engineers if needed, feedback to the requests how the request is proceeded (Denied or Accepted/Planned. + Issue maintenance work orders- planning of the repair work and estimate required people resources (time), determination of spare part needs, check spare part availability, scheduling of the work order, assign tasks to the technicians or external service provider. + Maintenance planning- evaluation of the relevant indicators (productivity, percentage of completion ), identify available resources, scheduling of the maintenance work orders through SAP taking into account the capacities required for troubleshooting, coordination of the maintenance plan with production, production planning and maintenance management on a weekly basis, daily review of plan fulfillment and adjustment of the weekly schedule, closing work orders in SAP, contract external service provider together with the purchasing area. + IH master data- definition of maintenance routines in SAP, review of the effectiveness and updating of maintenance routines, ensure elaboration and updating of the spare parts lists. + Maintenance management- provide indicators on a regular base, reporting of indicators, define improvement actions together with the senior maintenance engineers. + Close collaboration with spare parts coordinator to update or make additions to parts Db. + Continuous improvement- continuous reduction of risks for accident and environmental damages, regular review of asset availability and definition of actions, improve PM routines, provide improvement proposals. + Engineering degree or 2-4 years of previous experience as a maintenance technician. + 2 - 4 years of maintenance planning experience + Knowledge of rolling mills, heat treatment processes, and stamping presses.
