Johnson & Johnson's Foundational Human Resources/Talent Acquisition summer internship is a program designed to help successful, highly-motivated talent make an impact on patients every day and become tomorrow's leaders. The internship is designed to provide an integrated, robust experience to successful, highly motivated, entry-level talent. Participants will experience the breadth and depth of J&J's Talent Acquisition function through by participating in key projects and programs.
Internship assignments in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources will offer opportunities to expand knowledge and experience in areas including:

Assignments are chosen based on personal development, experience, interest, and business need.
Qualifications
A qualified candidate should meet the following criteria:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred
Candidate must be affiliated with the NJSeeds program.
Candidate must be actively enrolled pursuing either a Bachelors or Master's degree (but not necessarily taking classes)
Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and leadership qualities are required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work daily for the duration of the internship
Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
The anticipated base pay for this position is between $20/hour and $22.50/hour, but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.
This position is overtime eligible.
Co-Ops/Interns may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
