Clinical Systems Engineers' provide consultative services at a hospital wide level to departments/divisions/committees from all NYP entities requesting assistance with clinical process engineering, or transformation. Work with interdisciplinary teams across NYP on projects to assess and analyze current processes, identify best practices, and implement improvements to patient care. Act as change agents by facilitating communication, applying statistical analysis, teaching improvement methodologies (lean six sigma, PDSA), and coaching teams to ensure project success and sustainability.Manage multiple medium or single institution scale projects of mild to moderate complexity through the entire project life cycle. Responsible for identification and monitoring of performancenbsp;metrics, risks, and controls.
