This position includes on call hours during nights, weekends and holidays. Preferrednbsp;Criteria * Previousnbsp;Transplant Coordinator experience * Previous Patient Case Management experience * Experience in ICU or PACU nbsp; * Self-motivated, energetic, autonomousnbsp; Requirednbsp;Criteria * Bachelor's degree or Master's in Nursing * BCLS certification * Must be an Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant * At least two years nursing experience in an acute care setting .
