Finance Procurement/Supply Chainnbsp;System Support Coordinator The ideal candidate will provide process and systems analysis and reporting support to Accounting and Procurement and Strategic Sourcing departments. Proposes information management solutions, as well as system development and maintenance activities with existing Accounting/PSS (Lawson GL/AC/AR/LM/PO/RQ/IC), Payroll (ADP PC Payroll), Time and Attendance (Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) and other financial systems. Conducts studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected departmental and organizational needs. Ensures the timely and accurate preparation of standing (yearly, monthly, weekly) reports from Accounting/PSS, Payroll, Time and Attendance and related systems. Assists in day-to-day Lawson General Ledger/Activity Management/Accounts Receivable/Lease Management/Supply Chain/Inventory Control/Accounts Payables and Business Intelligence system operations, maintenance and end user support. nbsp; Required Criteria * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience * Minimum of 2 years experience with financial systems analysis, information management and/or report design and development or equivalent combination of education and experience * Good problem solving and analytical skills with close attention to detail * High level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and database software and/or business systems (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, VISIO, VB, other software).
