Responsibilities Projects Collecting Drivers license and MV insurance from staff, noting in Paylocity Noting professional license and CPR expiration dates in Paylocity Role Descriptions- exempt and nonexempt Add EEO-1 categories to each role description Maintain personnel files, export data from applicant tracking system and import into personnel files Additional tasks from time to time Ongoing Tasks Personnel file maintenance Address Changes Name Changes Pulling various Paylocity reports for CFO after payroll and time off for HR Termination tasks Additional tasks from time to time Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, Early Childhood Education, Physiology or Business Administration Excellent writing skills Demonstrated experience with project management and effective time management Experience with developing and delivering presentations Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
