    JOB SUMMARY

    The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling the ChartSwap products or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Employee will reach business targets through excellent in person, telephone, virtual sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her revenue generation through the creation of and existing sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Contacts prospective clients through warm & cold calling to explain features of services, cost, and advantages.
    • Take proactive actions and questions on any potential clients.
    • Delivers a high level of customer service at all times.
    • Places a high volume of out-bound calls to parties such as healthcare providers, records custodians, and industry experts to sell cloud based technology services.
    • Conducts Webinar Presentations to demonstrate features and benefits of services.
    • Meet and coordinate efforts with other departments to handle client inquiries.
    • Keep Manager apprised of all client issues.
    • Maintain business confidentiality relative to pricing, promotion, customer lists, and methods of distribution.
    • Converts prospects and closes deals while maintaining established sales goals.
    • Assists customers with pricing questions.
    • Attain Monthly sales goals.
    • Regular attendance and punctuality. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree + 3 Years of previous experience.
    • Previous Software Sales or selling into Healthcare systems experience preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to handle challenging client interactions.
    • Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills.
    • Strong self-motivation and ability to work both independently and with a team.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skill with, peers, superiors, customers, vendors, and other partners.
    • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
    • Ability to handle private health information confidentially and in line with company policies and procedures in compliance with HIPAA.
