The Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization serves patients, during their treatment journey with Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine therapies, to help overcome challenges to fulfillment, on-boarding, and adherence.

    The Manager, Field Operations will report to the Associate Director, Field Operations and will work to track KPIs, identify insights, and develop innovative impact and deployment strategies for flawless implementation and execution of field operational and training capabilities across all PECS Field Reimbursement teams.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Primary responsibilities include:

      • Analysis of current deployment/execution practices to assess effectiveness

      • Creating operational processes and efficiencies

      • Leading implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational excellence across the Field Reimbursement organization

      • Utilization of data to develop strategies and tactics that increase FRM operational efficiency

      • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to Technology Services, PECS Solutions Teams, Commercial Operations & Deployment, AI for Patient Engagement & Advanced Analytics, Legal, Medical and Regulatory to define and execute strategy in a matrixed environment

      • Support operations aligned to key field reimbursement execution initiatives (e.g., product launches, technology enhancements, team expansions, and team structure changes)

      • JIRA Management: Serve as the business product owner for system triaging and enhancement requests. Collaborate with technical teams to identify optimal solutions, influence prioritization, and ensure timely delivery aligned with key performance indicators.

      • Project Management: Lead the execution of critical system updates and enhancement initiatives. Own relationships with technical stakeholders, facilitate regular meetings, and drive alignment. Develop operational insights and provide actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making across all levels of the organization.

      • Collaborate across departments and business solutions teams to create shared goals, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders

      • Identify and shape innovative learning and development opportunities to enhance operational enablement tools and training curriculum. Ensure training content and materials comply fully with HCC, Regulatory, and Company guidelines and receive appropriate approvals.

      • Collaborate with peers, National Directors, and Associate Directors to ensure consistency, leverage resources, and share best practices.

      • Ensure compliance with HCC, Regulatory, and Company guidelines when facilitating content and conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards.

      • Facilitate workshops at National and District meetings by coordinating efforts, materials, and participants to maximize engagement and enhance field learning.

    Qualifications:

    Required

    • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.

    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in sales, field reimbursement, marketing, commercial operations, or training functions.

    • Experience in operations and internal systems management

    • Expertise with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

    • Excellent written and oral communication, facilitation, and platform skills.

    • Possess strong analytical thinking abilities, demonstrate strategic thinking and planning and work well in a matrix environment without direct line authority

    • Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Sales Force, Veeva, or similar applications is a plus.

    • This position is home office based in Horsham, PA, and/or Titusville, NJ, and requires up to 25% travel.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

    $100,000-$172,500

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
