    Scheduling Coordinator Admin/Clerical Bellevue, Washington ------------ Description Overlake Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Centralized Scheduling Insurance Verification team! The individual is responsible for insurance verification, referral management, authorization management, and pre-certification on all scheduled patient accounts. Additional responsibilities may include visit scheduling, acquiring patient/exam information, coordinating staff/room/equipment, collecting appropriate monies, and notifying patients and physician office staff of hospital billing policies and services. The Scheduling Coordinator acts as a liaison between Care Management, the Business Office, patients, physicians offices, and insurance carriers, while providing exemplary customer service in facilitating all aspects of patient scheduling activities.
