    We are searching for the best talent for Packaging Operator III to be in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

    Purpose:

    Acts as Non-Sterile Packaging Lead, oversees and coordinates the efficient packaging and labeling of incoming and outgoing finished products following assembly and/or repair. Responsible for managing the Non-Sterile Pack team, ensures timely and accurate handling of inventory, oversees the verification of packing operations, and maintains meticulous records. Performs all duties relevant to Packaging Operations to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with established company policies and procedures while maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and productivity.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Lead the NS-Pack team to ensure smooth and efficient packing operations.
    • Pack and label newly manufactured non-sterile products for delivery to finished goods inventory as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures.
    • Pack and label repaired products for return shipment to customers (internal and external) as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures.
    • Monitors the delivery scheme for raw materials.
    • Keeps track of inventories (raw materials), and ensures the material is available when needed.
    • Comply with company policies and procedures including those relating to safety and quality.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
    • Identify and resolve packing/labeling issues and address any deviations from quality standards promptly.
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize packing/labeling processes and reduce waste
    • Train and mentor NS-Pack staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance always.
    • Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.
    • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
    • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • 4 - 6 years relevant work experience.
    • Computer literate; working in MS Windows environment.
    • Ability to read and comprehend drawings and procedures.
    • Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and computing rate, ratio, and percent.
    • Preferred experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS*

    • Proficient working knowledge of MRP (SAP) systems and Microsoft software packages.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
    • Ability to perform Windchill/ETQ activities including NR investigations
    • While performing the duties of this position, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
    • A normal manufacturing work environment where there is some noise and odor germane to a manufacturing/assembly environment.

    SHIFT SCHEDULE: Must be amenable to work 1st shift or 2nd shift
