Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate Caregivers and CNAs for all shifts to support seniors in the comfort of their own homes throughout South Phoenix and nearby communities. Whether it's helping someone start their day, providing companionship in the afternoon, or ensuring safety overnight, your care makes it possible for seniors to live independently with dignity.

We proudly support clients with a wide range of needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory care conditions —and we offer paid training so you can grow your skills and confidence, no matter your experience level.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Support mobility, safety, and daily routines

• Help with meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

• Provide redirection and structure for clients with memory loss

• Create a calm, safe, and positive home environment

What We Offer

• All Shifts Available: Days, afternoons, overnights, and weekends

• Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN)

• Competitive pay: $16–$20/hour (based on experience & shift)

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals

• Experience as a caregiver or CNA is a plus—but not required

• Willingness to learn (we provide paid training )

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
