• Conduct initial in-home assessments and create personalized care plans
• Perform caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits
• Ensure caregiver and client documentation is up to date and compliant

What You Bring

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• 1+ years of nursing experience, geriatric nursing is a plus
• 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred, not required
• Passion for senior care and comfort working independently
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean background
