SM Under direct supervision of the Site Manager, the Pharmacy Assistant will assist with administrative and various other related duties in the pharmacy.

    MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prescription deliveries
    • Handle mail and invoices, distribute and file as required.
    • Answer telephones and direct calls.
    • Order office supplies
    • Prepare shipments and mailings.
    • Communicate with customers by phone and in-person
    • Data entry
    • Process and file paperwork
    • Check inventory
    • Various other related duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATIONAL OR SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Active Pharmacy Technician License/Registration in New Hampshire
    • Valid Driver's License and auto insurance
    • Ability to use automated systems and office equipment at an acceptable level of proficiency
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
    • Ability to understand and follow routine to moderately complex verbal instructions.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
    • Effective at working independently and meeting deadlines.
    • Ability to remain flexible to change.
    • Strong attention to detail.
