Caring Senior Service is currently hiring a compassionate and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing team in the Raleigh area. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse seeking flexible PRN hours while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.

Position Details:

• PRN Position
• 8–12 hours per week
• $35/hour
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and nursing evaluations
• Monitor client health status and communicate changes
• Coordinate care plans with caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals
• Provide guidance and support to caregiving staff
• Ensure compliance with agency and state regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina required
• Previous experience in home care, senior care, or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the care team
