Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Diabetes Management Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail pharmacy processes, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive diabetes-related services to our patients. This role involves pharmacy staffing, patient education, medication management, and collaboration with healthcare providers to optimize diabetic patient outcomes.
Department Specific Job Details:

Education:

• Doctor of Pharmacy OR Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

Experience:

• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Diabetes management experience preferred, but not required

Certifications:

• Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Board Certified Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) preferred, but not required
