    Job Details:

    The Physician Recruiter collaborates with physician and senior leadership to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive recruitment strategies. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of provider recruitment to meet organizational needs and support the delivery of high-quality pediatric care.

    The Physician Recruiter must be adaptable to varying recruitment demands, including the need for flexible work hours and travel-up to 20% of the time. In alignment with the hospital's mission and vision, the Physician Recruiter plays a key role in identifying and securing providers who are committed to quality and excellence in pediatric healthcare.

    Department Specific Job Details:

    Shifts:

    • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

    Education:

    • Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Communications or Human Resources
    • Master's degree is preferred.

    Experience Required:

    • 3-5 years of recruitment experience
    • CPRP certification is required within one year of hire (AAPPR membership)
    • PHR, SHRM-CP, within 3 years of hire

    Preferred Experience:

    • 1-2 years of healthcare/provider experience
