Janssen R&D is recruiting for a Postdoctoral Fellow for the Exploratory Biology group located in Spring House, PA.
The candidate will work on a project focused on development of in vitro and in vivo pharmacology models of tumor development with respect to the efficacy of T cell redirection mechanisms. Specifically, they will focus on understanding the tumor microenvironment modeling in solid tumors and how to overcome immune suppression and would allow the potential to work with in vivo models and/or to focus on complex/3D tumor models.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work independently to develop, implement, and troubleshoot the research strategy that will help us expand our understanding of Janssen’s CD3 platform and therapeutic strategies to enhance efficacy of T cell redirection large molecules in solid tumors. The candidate will also have the ability to work with and be mentored by the Exploratory Biology team within Janssen Biotherapeutics.
