    Overview

    Prime Healthcare Management is seeking candidates for IT HRIS Application Analyst positions with experience in Lawson’s HR modules (i.e. Global (HR), Talent Acquisition (TA), Performance Management (PM), ES and MS (Employee space and Manager Space).  The candidate/s will be responsible for all aspects of the assigned Lawson application and any other supporting systems.

    Reporting to the IT ERP Manager/Chief Technology Officer, this position partners with HR Directors and their customers to analyze work process designs, flows, and improvements to leverage the return on technological capabilities. It requires knowledge of Lawson's LTM suite of products including but no limited to GHR, TA, PM, ES and MS with the primary focus being active use of the system, Implementations as well as support and maintenance.  The incumbent will serve as technical point-of-contact for an assigned functional area as well as assist subject matter experts by ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.  In addition, the HRIS Analyst may be required to conduct long-term planning for future implementations by building project plans and ensuring adherence to such while effectively working with peers to set priorities and meet deadlines.  The HRIS Analyst also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

    Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRIS system tables. Document process and results.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong knowledge of Lawson’s Lawson Talent Management (LTM) module including, Global HR, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Process flow setup, Employee/Manager space and Candidate space
    • Experience with Lawson HCM system implementation a plus, preferably in a healthcare setting
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefits procedures
    • Experience with HRIS database design, structure, functions, processes and tools
    • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of Kronos or JbDev time clocking system a plus
    • Knowledge of developing interfaces with third party vendors a plus
    • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with many growth opportunities offered through diverse projects
    • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills

    Other preferred qualifications

    • PHR/SPHR certification
    • Three years or more of project management experience
    • Experience in data conversion techniques and methodologies
    • Knowledge of On-Base Document Management System
