Full Time / Part Time: Full Time Benefits FTE: 1.00 The Anesthesia Tech assists the RN and/or physician as an integral team member in the full spectrum of procedures requiring anesthesia intervention. This indivdiual supports anesthesiologist needs that includes OR and out of department anesthesia support with intubation, intravenous line access, pain management for blocks, point of care testing, blood administration, anesthesia equipment maintenance, trouble shooting and QC. Qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED * 2 years of experience preferred as an anesthesia tech * BLS required, or ability to obtain at time of hire * Completion of a program for anesthesia tech or EMT required; Background as Anesthesia Tech, ER Tech, Surgical Tech, ICU Tech or EMT is ideal ProHealth Care, one of the largest employers in Waukesha County, offers work that is challenging and rewarding.
